Purchasing Raw Materials
PT. AIP purchases Carbon
Raw Material from farmers
and stores it for a minimum
of 5 days before sale,
provided it is clean and free
from impurities.
Raw Material Inventory
Upon receiving the raw
material, PT. AIP conducts
selection, sorting, and
drying processes for 3-5
days before commencing
production.
Production Process
The production process
takes 1 to 2 days using
specialized machinery
for finished or semi-
finished production.
Product Completion
After production with the
machinery, the raw material
is sun-dried again in an
open area for 2 days before
being packaged by PT. AIP
according to the company’s
safety standards for
shipping, both nationally
and internationally.
Shipping & Export
Following this, the product
undergoes quality control
inspections by PT. AIP. After
25-30 days, the products are
loaded into containers and
ready for export.
